Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for analysis you actually use. This policy explains when purchases and subscription charges are refundable.

Per-paper purchases

A per-paper purchase entitles you to unlock the full results of one manuscript analysis. You can request a full refund at any time before you unlock results for a manuscript. Once results are unlocked, the analysis has been delivered and the purchase is no longer automatically refundable — though we consider requests in good faith, and nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Researcher subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you keep any credits you have already received. If you have used none or only some of a billing period's credits, you can request a pro-rata refund of that period's charge for the unused credits within 14 days of being charged.

Faulty or undelivered analyses

If an analysis fails to complete or the service is materially defective, we will re-run it or refund the associated purchase or credit in full.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer-protection legislation.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and refunds are issued through them. Email info@manuscriptly.net with the email address you purchased with and the manuscript concerned, and we will arrange the refund.
